"Sound and Breath- an inner journey"
Immerse yourself in a profound sound experience in the heart of Alcúdia's old town. Through Prana Yoga, we will activate your energy so you can experience the healing power of the voice and Sanskrit mantras. Enjoy meditative chants and a gong bath. No previous experience is necessary.

"Voice Sound & Self-Healing – Activating the Vagus Nerve"
Healing is the body's natural regenerative response. Rest, digest, and regenerate are controlled by the parasympathetic nervous system. And sound—especially the sound of our own voice—can take us there. When singing, the exhalation is typically longer than the inhalation. This is one way to increase vagal tone—it indicates how quickly you can transition from a state of "fight, flight, freeze" to a state of "rest, digest, regenerate." Along with the long exhalation, the vibration of the voice touches the vagus nerve, which runs through the spine to the base of the skull. This stimulates the upper end of the vagus nerve—a sonic massage, so to speak.
