Experience yourself as a sound within the sound. Sing with me in a small group at the F. Laufenberg physiotherapy practice in Duisburg-Duissern. Donations are welcome.
In this seminar I will show you methods that have helped me on my path to healing. Together we will practice breathing exercises from Prāṇa Yoga as well as various mantras, in whose sound we will immerse ourselves together. Sound yoga from Nāda Yoga as well as the correct Sanskrit pronunciation round off this healing seminar.
