Prāṇa is the universal life energy that flows within us but also flows into us through our breath. We can intensify it through targeted exercises in our energy system and thus promote our health and spiritual growth.
Breathing exercises have a positive influence on our brain and nervous system and can relieve fears, blockages and stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
The effects of this so-called prāṇāyāma can be that you can sleep better, feel more balanced or energetically charged and your immune system regulates itself.
